Mammoth Events, Ski Race Camps, Snowboard Rail Jams

Early December brings lots of reasons to start skiing and riding at Mammoth Mountain early. All race camps and training is open to the public. No skill required as you are put in groups based on ability. Kicking off the season is the Masters Race Camp - November 30 -December 4 which is race training for those who like to compete in adult amateur racing. The mid week race camp ends with the Dave McCoy classic annual ski race on Friday December 5 Dave McCoy which is a Giant Slalolm.

Sunday December 13 is the Volcom Peanut Butter Rail Jam. Part of an ongoing season long competition for snowboarders in the Mammoth Mountain unbound terrain parks

December 14-18 is LA Council Ski and Ride week. LA (Los Angeles) Council of ski clubs sponsors this early season event at Mammoth where all the ski clubs come up to play and race. (Think all the teams and Leaques in Major League Baseball... but for skiing) It is a great time to make new ski buddies, reconnect with old friends, and share common interests. And... we have lower season rates as well. Look at the calendar of events and mark off the days
