Ice Skating is Back - Mammoth rink opens

If it isn't one thing, then it's the weather. Down for a few weeks because of broken ice tubes, the Mammoth Ice Rink is back. The ice has been refrozen and if you've never skated in an outdoor rink, then you just don't know what you're missing. Set underneath the pine trees, the ice rink is a full size rink, has skate rental, a roaring fire on cold nights, hot chocolate for the adults, and the most spectacular view of the mountains. There are various sessions and it closes at 9:00 PM on most nights. The Mammoth skating rink is located next to the library, which is off of Meridian, just south of Vons. Come by for a skate, you will love it and never want an indoor rink again.
