is the new kid on the block, and the Restaurant at Convict Lake much a stand
out from yesteryear. Lakefront Restaurant at Tamarack is known for their
celebrity Chef Frederick Pierrel, whose combination of Elk and Blueberry
sauce is critically acclaimed. Petra's wine bar features an amazing
collection of wines and complimentary dishes that change nightly.
